Web Browser Requirements

To ensure the best experience, we recommend all users upgrade their browser to the most recent version available. You can find out more about what web browser you're currently running, as well as information about alternatives, by visiting whatbrowser.org. If possible, we recommend visitors upgrade to Google's Chrome web browser.

Connection Speed

We recommend visitors view our webcast on connections supporting at least 3Mb per second download speeds. Unsure how fast your connection is? Please visit SpeedTest to test your connection.

Mobile Devices

On an iPhone or Andriod device? You should have no problems playing our webcast, provided you're using a relatively up-to-date version of iOS and the Andriod operating system. To view the webcast, you'll need to be running iOS version 7 or greater, or Android version 4 or greater. Contact your carrier for information on which operating system you're running and details on how to upgrade.

Adobe Flash

If you're on a desktop computer, you should ensure you're running to most recent version of the Adobe Flash Player. Please visit Adobe's website to download and install the most recent version of the player.
